The Best Men Can Be

The Gillette commercial exemplifies how passive some have become to "social norms" or "boys will be boys."  It is only by challenging ourselves to do more, can we get closer to our best.  This includes doing more to have a culture of inclusiveness and a zero-tolerance policy on workplace harassment.  Why?  It's because the boys and girls of today will be the men and women of tomorrow.  The employees of today will be the leaders of tomorrow!
