No one needs to feel alone when addressing workplace harassment issues.  Work Shield provides employers across the country with an ERISA-qualified, employer harassment prevention plan ("EHP Plan").  The EHP Plan is an employer-funded plan that affords the participants the protections of ERISA and is designed to help address and remedy the rising issues of workplace harassment.  Through early detection and an easy, secure way for an employee to file a complaint, along with an independent third-party with a strong and experienced team to investigate and manage the employer's harassment policy and procedure, the EHP Plan facilitates faster reporting, investigation and resolution of workplace harassment claims for employers and employees.
